Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors are not permitted to withdraw submitted or published manuscripts except under compelling and well-justified circumstances. Manuscript withdrawal constitutes a misuse of significant editorial, reviewer, and publisher resources that have been invested in the evaluation and processing of the submission.

In cases where authors formally request withdrawal, they are required to submit an Article Withdrawal Form signed by all authors or by the corresponding author on behalf of the author group, clearly stating the reasons for withdrawal. A manuscript must not be considered withdrawn unless and until official confirmation is received from the journal’s editorial office. Requests for the Article Withdrawal Form should be directed to ardo.oku@fik.unp.ac.id.

Furthermore, withdrawing a manuscript that has been submitted to or published in one journal due to acceptance by another journal constitutes unethical publication practice and is strictly prohibited.
